Born in Thailand and raised around the world, Mercedes brings a unique combination of local understanding and international experience to everything she does.

With background spanning in hospitality, property management, business operations and project management, she understands both the opportunities and challenges that come with owning and operating a business or property in Thailand.

Her approach is personal, hands-on and straightforward. She believes in building genuine relationships with clients, maintaining clear communication and being present on the ground to make sure things get done properly.

KALLUM PAUL
Having built a strong network of connections in Koh Samui, Kallum brings valuable knowledge, organization and hands-on management experience to the Exclusive Management Samui team.

His background includes managing operations for a branded company as well as coordinating and managing events, giving him experience working with suppliers, teams, logistics, and fast-moving projects where attention to detail matters.

Known for his ability to coordinate people and keep things moving, Kallum focuses on making sure every part of a project comes together smoothly. At Exclusive Management Samui, he plays a key role in turning plans into actions and ensuring clients, teams and projects stay organized from start to finish.
